Zany Toyfriend Vibrator Review

If the spunky cyan colour doesn’t make you happy, the buzz on this little friend will. The Zany Toyfriend must be the simplest of all rabbit vibrators, in tiny dimensions.

There is actually nothing rabbit-like about the Zany Toyfriend other than a couple of centimeter-long protrusions that catch all the vibrations and pour them out at a pace that will make the least responsive of clitorises stand up and shout for for mercy. Yes, those little feelers, known as ears to the rabbit-styled vibrator users, are meant to give high-density stimulation to the clitoris area. Small as the toy is, these feelers are not actually wide enough apart to sit on either side of the clit, so they actually tend to massage the area in close proximity and therefore feel like a single surface, only stronger. This level of strength is a matter of taste and possibly not the best choice for a newbie. I’d say other members of the family, such as the Foxy Toyfriend would be a better starting point.

For the woman who knows she likes a lot of power and she likes it head-on on her clit, Zany may just be the trendiest way she can bring it on, without cords and power tools. It is tiny enough to stash in a micro purse and transport discreetly, and yet to have the uber-power on hand when necessary.

The Zany does not need to be used only as a head-on clitoris massager. It also vibrates at the sides so it can be pressed flat to cover wider areas or its rounded edge may feel better suited to the massage that you. Whatever your taste, it actually has more options that it may appear to have because its feelers do not exhaust the possibilities of a tiny vibrator.

Zany is half high-quality silicone, super smooth and luxurious to touch, and half smooth hard plastic. There is a simple on-off switch, though the same mechanism (in the other direction) also pops the device’s battery compartment open for battery access, so you could find yourself opening it up by mistake when using in the dark of when being too hasty in switching it off. Even so, if it pops open it is very easily re-shut.

It uses a single AAA battery keeping it very lightweight when the battery is in place. The plastic handle means that there is very little finger buzz felt on your hand when holding it, which is a rare treat for such a petite toy.

Being waterproof, it is possible to use in the shower or a wet room, but no less important, it is easy to clean. Just be careful not to pop it open by twisting too far when switching off, when in a wet place.

A functional drawback, maybe the only one, for this whole series of toys, is that there is just one speed. First timers may not know if they like it and how they like it, but then again, there are always tricks to weaken a strong buzz. Its less of a problem than buying a vibrator that is too weak for your needs.

The idea of these fine little friends is that they give you high quality machines at a great price, so they are attractive for novices and also make great gifts because they are rather unassuming. This is slightly more vibrator-like than the other members of the Toyfriend series, but its bold colour and special functionality make it a nice choice alongside another toy, and this is certainly plausible at their low prices.
