Jopen Vanity Vr8 Vibrator Review

Within the Vanity family there is a vibrator for everyone. Well, for everyone with good taste and the will to invest in it. Number 8 is one of those styles that may not clearly be for everyone, but it sure will find its lucky partners who have special wants and needs and few good options.

A simple looking shaft, you’ll be surprised to find that this has double the pop. The Vr8 vibrates from both sides – top and bottom, each with separate motors. The smaller end, which somehow appears to be the top, has a rounded head on a very slim neck. It is great for reaching small spots like the clitoris and labia. With the slight curve it can also be used for G-spot massage. The head is slightly flexible.

The fatter base has a separate motor, which somehow feels stronger, but only slightly. The main difference between the two in in the girth, so the bottom side is great for penetration, but also useful for general body massage. It is not very thick, but at its good for medium-girth thrusting, especially for shallow play. It can be inserted deeply, in fact it could reach depths that most vibrators could never dare touch, but the hold in the bulb-like end may be a bit awkward.

This is by all means a double sided vibrator, not a toy that is intended for use on one side and can be used on the other as an after-thought. Both the charging point and the buttons are in the center so as not to interfere when being inserted from either side.

At first glance, this is not one of the more attractive of the Jopen set, because it has no dramatic curves like the Vr4.5 nor does it have bold feature. And yet it is a great choice for a woman who wants a medium-sized vibrator that can do a lot, but one thing at a time.

The Vr8 could be perfect for women with narrower vaginas or women who want to work their way up to something bigger without difficulty. It is not the toy for a women who is all about big and deep.

Rechargeable vibrators is the future, at least the future of high-end vibrator and toys. They are environmentally far superior to batteries and they also don’t have the extra weight of packaged batteries, which are especially obvious with dual-motor vibrators. They are powerful and hold onto their charge for weeks, even months so one charge of a couple of hours will leave you set up for many hours of play – on the day of charging or on some spontaneous occasion in the future.

Vanity by part of the new Jopen range of exclusive rechargeable vibrators. Others reviewed from this range include the Intensity, Vr2, Vr4.5, Vr7, Vr9 and Vr10.5. Like the rest of the sleek and edgy Vanity range, the Vr8 comes in one colour only, but is is proud and exciting – not for the shy though! The signature fuchsia shade is sexy but very classy. Vanity products are available under the SWAN label outside of the United States and Canada.

High-grade silicone is as good as it gets for safety and durability, but it shouldn’t be used with silicone-based or oil-based lubricants (water-based only).
